Having recently returned to Perth after working on the Australian production of Queer Eye for the Straight guy, I am pleased to announce that I now offer a full range services to the hospitality, food and wine industries, corporate clientele, and the general public.
Product development and representation, staff training and selection, cooking lessons, guided tours, catering and event consultation and hosting are among some of the services that my staff and I offer.
I am currently accepting submissions of recipes, food anecdotes and reviews for restaurants, wine and food products to be published on this website in the near future.
